Welcome to Face & Body Spa by Marinella. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Arriving late may reduce the time of your service to avoid delays for other clients.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.

  • All sales on services and products are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special concerns prior to your treatment.

  • Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult with your physician for medical advice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

  • Discounts, packages, and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought into the spa.

6. Liability

  • By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with spa treatments and release Face & Body Spa by Marinella and its staff from any liability.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
