1. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Arriving late may reduce the time of your service to avoid delays for other clients.
2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.

All sales on services and products are final unless otherwise stated.
3. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special concerns prior to your treatment.

Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult with your physician for medical advice.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

Discounts, packages, and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought into the spa.
6. Liability

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with spa treatments and release Face & Body Spa by Marinella and its staff from any liability.
